    The Committee on Transportation and Infrastructure moved to amend the resolution by striking out the title and substituting therefor a new title, to read as follows:

    Senate Concurrent Resolution No. 13--Requesting the Division of Highways name State Route 3, located between the communities of Yawkey, Lincoln County, and Julian, Boone County, the “LCPL Rodney A. Breedlove Memorial Highway”.
